Cypher Query Tuning set up instructions incomplete?

I followed the steps at this link:

Looks like the instructions for Step 3 and Step 4 are incomplete. Please see attached screenshot.

Step 4 has advanced-cypher.zip attached and it includes sample CSV files to be loaded in Step 3.
