Certification not showing my name

I have completed the Introduction to neo4j online course from Graphacademy...But after completing the course when i am downloading the certificate,then it is not showing my name.
It is showing "Presented to None".

Please send an email to devrel@neo4j.com with as much detail as you can provide on your certification (certificate number, email address, etc)
