Just upgraded to Browser 4.2.4 on Windows 10 and noticed that the node and relationship properties scroll off the bottom of the screen when in full screen mode and subpanel editing uses multiple lines. As you keep adding lines in the subpanel more of the bottom of the window scroll out of sight but the scrollbar will not let you scroll to see that information. Add enough lines and the zoom buttons will disappear.
