Outage for Neo4j Sandbox (7:02AM PST and ongoing as of 8:27AM PST)

Hi folks,

The Neo4j Sandbox has an outage of some users' sandboxes (prematurely terminated) this morning due to some issues with Auto Scaling Groups at AWS. The AWS team is aware of this issue and is working on resolving.

Our apologies.

Note: sandboxes are single instances with a low amount of memory and do not take advantage of Neo4j's clustering capabilities.

AWS has told us most of these issues have been corrected. We still have some cleanup to do with regards to the outage. Will update here when that's complete.
