So, how does Neo4J fit in?
Allows for super-simple persistence of state, as simple as that. Spatial queries, querying by name etc. Easily embedded into java app with spring boot starter in development, yet easy to connect to a real database server in production. So it fits, in a word, perfectly.

Distributes 3D content, user movement, chat, video and audio streams. This one is open source, built on open standards, WebXR, WebRTC and glTF.
