Why apoc.export.cypher.query removes edges from original data?

I have a following graph in the database:

When I exported it using a procedure apoc.export.cypher.query , and uploaded the data back into the database, the result was following:

Question:

I'd like to understand what happened?
Which configuration variable is responsible for the change of the data?
