Unable to use Bloom in desktop application with a developer license

Hi!
After using the neo4j sandbox(specifically bloom), I've gotten the desktop neo4j application and registered with the license given to me by the download page.

However, I cannot add neo4j bloom locally as an application for a local project.
I see neo4j bloom as a graph application in the applications section of my desktop application.

But, when trying to add it as an application to the project, i see the following error message.

Is there a developer program for bloom that would allow me to get an evaluation license so I can use it locally?
