Unable to install the APOC in the browser. See screenshot:

It says "offline".

Solution: go to the settings Gear of the browser. Uncheck "enable offline mode".

It got enabled when your internet went down, and doesn't auto-uncheck itself.

Seems like a bug, but not really critical.
