Stuck at "restoring application state" when starting neo4j desktop

I previously run a very time consuming query when make the system very slow and I try to shut it down, then "terminating query " take so long and I just force to shut it down. After that, when I try to restart neo4j desktop, it stuck at "restoring application state". So I would ask how should I deal with it?
