SocketTimeoutException Error

we are work on getting data from api using  'call apoc.load.jsonParams()' but suddenly I start receiving 

this error : 

Failed to invoke procedure `apoc.load.jsonParams`: Caused by: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out
 
any idea ?
