Running query in JAVA

What am I missing in the JAVA api (spring)? where can I run a query? I don't see any method for that...
see image bellow.

compile 'org.springframework.data:spring-data-neo4j:5.1.9.RELEASE'
compile("org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-starter-data-neo4j")
