Relationships within the same csv file and same labels

Greetings Everyone,

I am new to neo4j and almost creating my knowldege graph using neo4j tutorial, except for one instance, i want to create a relationship between the same labels in a same csv file. I want to create a relationship between id 1 and 2. I already used these 4 ids to a different node, Now i want to create a relationship between id1 and 2,. Can you please help me?
