Hi,
We are running neo4j 4.4.2 as a server on a machine within our VPN/internal network. Our DB is available if port forwarding is used. I have asked our sysadmin to open 7687 to inbound traffic within our internal network for TCP and UDP, however the server is not accessible when the IP of the machine is used directly. Can anyone provide any guidance for which ports need to be opened and under what protocols to allow bolt to work?
