New User - Having Difficulties

Hello,

I have just installed Neo4j on a Windows 10 computer by following the instructions in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hIvNexwVYNw&feature=youtu.be

When I try to create a new graph database under a project, it consistently gives me an error "Database failed to create: Error: Could not change password." I am a very new first time user creating this database for a class. Can someone please help me resolve this error?

Hello,

Did you enter a password for the new graph you are attempting to create?

When you installed Neo4j Desktop, did you specify a location for the application data that is different from the default location?

Do you have write access to the location where it is trying to create the database?
