It would honestly be great if the corporate team and tech support folks and Neo4j developers spent more time on the official Neo4j Discord helping people out. IT feels like there is SOME activity but it's pretty anemic. And this is a product where there are a lot of complicated issues that often are best solved with a vibrant, corporate supported, community. Forums are...weird in this day and age. Almost all the new developers use Discord for tech support and wouldn't even think that this forum even existed.
Some things Neo4j does are SO GOOD - like Nodes, etc. But some things feel weakly supported even if they should be a priority.
Anyways, that's my two cents. 🙂
