Neo4j Desktop - no access

Hello,
I have an issue since a few days...
I can not display my neo4j. I have no surface.
I have the Desktop-Version 1.4.5. The DBMS starts normal, but if I click to open, nothing happens.If I go to my http://localhost:7474 on the Chrome-Browser it just gives me a white display...
The Windows-Service is running good and the port 7474 is taken and I have no error, but cant see anything.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache (in Google Chrome) or using another browser?
