I run Neo4j Desktop version 1.2.1 on windows 7 x64
I was wondering if it is possible to update the Azul Java that Neo4j uses? It is running an old version with security flaws.

You could update it manually in the desktop install directory or relink the desktop jre directory to a newer version. I guess a next desktop release will also update the JRE.
