Neo4j Browser wouldn't load

Hi, I haven't started Neo4j Desktop for some time, the last time is on Jun,16th. Then when I try to start Noe4j browser on Neo4j desktop, it just keeps no response, the Neo4j browser is not opened. I can start the server instance, just can't start any graph APPs from desktop, any idea?
I can see that some files at $user_home\AppData\Roaming\Neo4j Desktop\Partitions\neo4j-browser is updated after I tried to load Neo4j browser, so it means that the app fails to load, is it necessary to update Neo4j desktop and browser?

Now it's O.K. after all APPs are upgraded to the most recent version.
