Neo4j Admin Import Error: Insufficient Memory for JRE to continue

Hi everyone, I'd like to ask for suggestions to load data using Neo4j Admin Import. Currently, I'm trying to load CSV files (initial load). The raw data size is about 600 GB and should be 3x when loaded in Neo4j. I am using Neo4j Admin Import but it keeps showing an error about Insufficient Memory for JRE to continue like the pic below.

VM's specs:

• 20 core(s) / 40 thread(s)
• 110 GB RAM

Is there any way to solve this problem? and what neo4j-admin import config should I use?
