Hello, How is possible to install Neo4j 3.5.16 database using Neo4j desktop that is not connected to internet ? Thank you, Boris

Set one up from a computer that does have internet. Copy the whole Neo4j directory onto a thumb drive.
All the sessions of the conference are now available online
