Missing neo4j-backup in Maven

We currently employ the neo4j-backup Maven dependency to orchestrate our Neo4j backups. Are there any plans to upload the 4.x-compatible packages?

As a part of the upgrade we want to create 4.x backups of our upgraded databases.

Not 100% sure, but I think that code has been moved to close source since it's part of Enterprise Edition. Therefore no availability on public maven repos.
Enterprise Edition customer get granted access to a private maven repo containing this artifact.
