Is GQL still happening?

Just curious about the status of GQL that was in the wind about a year ago (https://gql.today/). Does anyone know what happened to the project?

It's now an official ISO/IEC JTC 1 (IT standards) project, managed by the same working group as SQL:

Yes, GQL is still being constructed, committee-built languages can take some time.
