Information not visible in Bloom or with Bolt after recovered corrupt DB

I had an issue where the database became unresponsive when running a large query in python. I was unable to restart the database and noticed the disk space was at 91%. So, I moved files to a different store and restarted linux server. Upon starting the server it took a really long time to initiate metrics and ran out of heap space while trying to do a recovery. I increased the heap space and it eventually worked and the db starts but I only see 261 nodes out of over 1 million. The db store itself is still sizeable so I would think the data is still there but not visible. Any suggestions on things I can check?

If you have the original store you can try to use store-utils to make a copy.
