IDE is not open or not working

Hi. I'm trying to resolve the Writing Data to Neo4j but the button from the documentation is not working and not opening the online ID. This open a error window

can you please provide more specifics.   What URL are you on prior to getting the error.   And on what are you clicking on said page that thus generates the error
