I'am having a blank screen when using ETL Tool of Neo4j

I'm having and issue with ETL Tool : I'm trying to import an sql server database into the ETL Tool. The connection is successfully established. I started the mapping but when I click on the button "Save Mapping" I'm getting a blank screen!
Any solutions for my issue?

Ps:

• neo4j version 4.0.4, desktop version 1.2.9, etl-tool version 1.5.0
• I want to import from sql server database

I am having the blank screen issue as well with Windows 10 and neo4j version 4.2.4, desktop version 1.4.3, and etl-tool version 1.5.1.

So, my question is, are there paid tools that work and are reliable?
