*WARNING: Prior to Neo4j 3.2, the rpm distribution of Neo4j was experimental at this time. Use with caution and we advise installing
from the linux tarball in production environments. For Neo4j 3.2 please follow the instructions
here
Neo4j 3.0 does NOT provide an rpm, and it is unlikely 3.1 will either. This is on the roadmap to be done soon, but presently it
is not an official method of installing Neo4j. Also note that the "current" version installed by yum might be a milestone or
release candidate, and thus does not support an upgrade to an official GA release. If you do install Neo4j using yum, be
sure to follow these instructions to specify the version you would like to install.*
By default, using yum install neo4j
allows you to install the current release (which might be a non-GA release).
However, if you would like to install an older version, you can specify that.
For reference, the Yum repo is located here: http://yum.neo4j.org/
After following the instructions found in the link above, run the following command as root at the command line:
yum list --show-duplicates neo4j
To get the Enterprise package of Neo4j:
yum list --show-duplicates neo4j-enterprise
Example output:
[root@localhost ~]# yum list --show-duplicates neo4j-enterprise

Hi, could the stable list be updated for CentOS?
Using this: https://yum.neo4j.org/stable
Currently the latest version visible is: 4.0.0-0.rc01.1
However the latest version is actually 4.0.4 - so it seems the only way to get this on CentOS currently is manually identifying and downloading the rpm package from:
https://neo4j.com/docs/operations-manual/current/installation/linux/rpm

Hi @folterj the yum.neo4j.org is deprecated and no longer receiving updates since 3.5.14.
If you change your /etc/yum.repos.d/neo4j.repo
file to say yum.neo4j.com instead of .org you will be able to update through yum.

The https://yum.neo4j.com/stable repo now has only 3.x versions. Neo4j, could you fix the repo, please?

Hi @dkroot2. I checked the yum.neo4j.com repository this morning and the 4.0 packages are all there.
I think your machine is still using the deprecated yum.neo4j.org repository, since that one does not contain any 4.0 packages. Could you check the /etc/yum.repos.d/neo4j.repo
file to confirm? You could also try following the standard installation process here, to update yum repositories:
