How do I load a neo4j db back up into my desktop app

I have the latest neo4j desktop app and have been trying to load existing graph data into it, I am new to this so I am not sure how to proceed with that. I have neo4j graph db and not a csv back up could not find anything related any help will be highly appreciated,

Try the neo4j-admin tool via the Open Terminal button, under the Administration tab.
