Help needed with import

Hi I just started few days ago with neo4j desktop. I just ran into an issue and was wondering if someone can help. Whenever I go to ... and click open folder, import, i get an error "Trying to import". Would appreciate any help

What are you trying to import and which OS are you using?
It will help us know how best to help you. Also get to know that sometimes, Neo4J imports and plugins are set to false to prevent DB crashes and all. So once you edit the $HOME/neo4j.conf you are good to go.

I am using windows and just following one of the tutorials which asked to import through the Neo4j desktop . When I try to import i get the following msg

I checked i do have an import folder in
C:\Users\cv.Neo4jDesktop\relate-data\dbmss\dbms-421385c1-6f29-42e7-934c-3de826531457\import

Would appreciate any help, thanks

Did you place the CSV file(s) in that folder?
That folder is specific to that running instance of the DBMS.

Is it possible that there may be a permissions problem?

Thanks for your help. Yes i do have a csv file there and can't see any issues with folder permissions

Guess will keep trying to sort it out
