It would appear that the latest version of the GDS auxiliary procedure 'Scale Properties' does not allow one to scale relationship properties, only node properties.
Given the key role played by relationships, i was surprised to find that scaling relationship properties is unavailable.
Did i miss something? If not, can Neo4j please role the capability into an upcoming minor update? Thanks.
