Error popup msg running the Desktop after java update

Is anyone else getting this error while running the Desktop? This message pops up 2-3 times but does nothing but annoy. It keeps popping up every 5" or so. It started after a java update I made after being requested to update. I am not limited during the session, just keep seeing this popup error msg.

Tried to reinstall the Desktop with no improvement.

64-bit Surface
java -version "1.8.0_251"
Neo Desktop: Version: 1.2.7
