I have noticed that there is a process started by the neo4j user which makes the CPU usage spike, as you can see in the picture. No query is being performed.
As you can see, the neo4j process with PID 12336 is using 0.3% CPU. However, there are processes which start and stop and use a very high percentage of the CPU.
Can someone explain me why that happens?
