Connect to neo4j from Oracle databse

Has anyone found a way to successfully connect to neo4j from Oracle Database ?

I am looking to connect to neo4j from Oracle database using either a dblink or java stored procedure to query data on neo4j

You can use these options:

• connect to both databases externally using a java program (or stored proc) and JDBC + Bolt (examples for that is in the import training in GraphAcademy - Neo4j Graph Database Platform) or in the apoc.load.jdbc source code
• use apoc.load.jdbc with the oracle jdbc driver and connection URL
• use the ETL-Tool
