Cannot restart Neo4j Docker container

Hi everyone,

I have my Neo4j version 4.3.9 running on Docker. It runs smoothly before I restart the container. I have searched on Google and community but there is no solutions. Below is log container

Selecting JVM - Version:11.0.13, Name:OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM, Vendor:Oracle Corporation

I am not sure what is the problem, I also checked network to make sure it can connect to this URL. It's still OK.
