Browser Connection lost and never connects until restart and again dead in few seconds

Unable to perform any operation as the console application is not moving into neo4j and browser is dead and transaction logs not growing. Please help

Facing the same issue.
I am using periodic.iterate for creating nodes.
Within first statement am using apoc jdbc to get data from oracle, in the second statement am creating nodes with MERGE ON CREATE ON MATCH statement.
Apoc.periodic.itertate has the config params of
" {batchSize:10000, parallel:true,iterateList:true,concurrency:12,retries:5} "
Is there anything to change within config params ?
