Bloom nodes bug

Hello,

I am creating a graph related to a game (Factorio) in order to manage the technology graph of it.

I get a really strange bug in Bloom when I want to view the entire graph :

I get duplicates of a node but I have only one reference in my code so I don't understand.

My script have 733 lines of codes, could it be a problem with variables ?
