The documentation 'apoc.trigger.add - APOC Documentation (neo4j.com)' says its not safe for use in a cluster. Is there a supported way to add/remove triggers on clusters? Is downtime/restart required? It's OK if I need to wait apoc.trigger.refresh for the trigger to replicate but I have no idea what the issue is if you use it on a cluster.
