Hey all. I used to live in Vancouver and we had a fairly interesting group. I've moved to Victoria, BC and would like to gauge interest in establishing a meetup group in our province's capital city. Specifically, there are many gov projects that could use a better backend to connect disparate nodes of data. Projects around climate change, invasive plant species, economic/taxation audits and probable cause/effect weighting (perhaps using Eigenvectors/values to predict correlations?) and much more.
