Yamil Boo Scientific Software Developer for MSC

Hi Guys,

I got certified as professional Neo4j developer 2 years ago and I have been using Neo4j ever since. I am a contractor at NIH and I work for Bioinformatics and Computational Biosciences Branch (BCBB). We develop scientific applications that help researchers at NIAID to develop and discover new vaccines and/or treatments for many infectious diseases such as: Ebola, Tuberculosis, Zica and more...
We are excited to use Neo4j in our branch because it open the door to new discoveries using a graph database concept.

I look forward to see you guys in the GraphConnect NYC 2018 and share some knowledge.
Saludos!!
Yamil

Oh that sounds really amazing, thanks for sharing.
We started to collect information on usage of graphs in health-care and life-sciences.

We also ran a workshop on the topic in Berlin last year, with 14 presentations and published the proceedings here.

We're still looking for anything in the area so if you have or come across publications etc. please let us know.

Find me in NYC at GraphConnect to continue to chat. /cc @mpreusse
