Hi, is it possible to send messages from neo4j to google pub-sub. I need to capture any changes in my graph and send those updates via pubsub.

Currently only via the Kafka plugin, there will be more CDC capabilities in later versions but right now that's your best bet.
AFAIK GraphAware Hume Platform has an integration with pubsub for Neo4j.
