could you provide the following information?

  • how/where is neo4j running (e.g. port information)
  • snap shot of Kettle neo4j plugin configurations?
  • what error messages are you seeing, and where?
  • neo4j version, kettle version, kettle neo4j plugin version, etc
  • also, are you following instructions in an online article? (might be out of date, but good here, or this here?)
