Enterprise Edition

Hi all,
I have a internal project for my company, this project does not use for purchasing or selling externally. I want to apply Enterprise Edition for this project.
I have read on website & manuals but I am still not clear about the condition for using Enterprise Edition.

This image means I just enable an environment variable for using EE
So how can I use it ? If we need to buy a license, how much for it ?
