No Error in Merging Relationship

Hi, I'm currently in the "Merge Processing" section of the Cypher Fundamentals course. It is explained that when running the Cypher code from the "Merging relationships" section, an error will be produced. However, when I tried running it in the sandbox, that did not occur. Is this meant to happen?

You are correct! 

This course was tested with an earlier version of Cypher and this code now works.
