Connection to sandbox and Cypher Fundamentals query results

While doing the Cypher Fundamentals course via URL
 https://graphacademy.neo4j.com/courses/cypher-fundamentals/2-writing/8-c-merge-processing/
sandbox window is shown on the right side of the course.

But when any query is run on that window, or "Check Database" icon shown during the course is clicked, no results are shown in the sandbox window and the course considers that the query has not been run in the sandbox.  How to get the query run in the sandbox successfully ?

You do not have a connection to the Movie sandbox if you are not seeing the $neo4j prompt. Did you try signing out of and signing back in to GraphAcademy? Is there a possibility of a VPN or ad blocker that is interfering?

Thanks for the reply.  I was thinking no one has seen my post.  I shall try without VPN and let know.
