Hello @nirmal393 ,You might try clearing all cookies and refresh the course page.
Can you access the sandbox from the sandbox.neo4j.com site?

I had a similar issue (I just didn't get any error message) but was able to succesfully access the sandbox from sandbox.neo4j.com
