Why is a relationship not in the filter showing up?

Why am I getting relationships beyond what I have in this Cypher statement?

Match(h:HCA{hcaAzId:"122730699"})<-[rel:ATTENDING]-(p:Practitioner)
Return h,p limit 15

I was expecting to only see ATTENDING relationships connected to the practitioners but I am also getting WORKS_WITH relationships.

By default "connect result nodes" is enabled in the browser, see screenshot.

If you disable this and run the query again, you only get those rels you've been returning.
