Question about AuraDB disk scalability and sizing

Hi all,

The data engineering team in the company I work for currently runs Neo4J on Kubernetes and as a platform team myself and some colleagues are suggesting to run it as SaaS solution like AuraDB due to maintenance costs and improved reliability and some other benefits.

My question is, does AuraDB support scaling disk space after provisioning? I mean, we want to deploy an instance with 32GB RAM and 6 CPUs, but I want the disk size with +200GB. Is it possible or am I missing something about Neo4J architecture or best practices?

Thanks,

@bpadz hello there,

I am one of the Product Managers for AuraDB.

Currently the AuraDB offering only offers set ratios of CPU, Memory and Disk as outlined in our pricing.

We are always looking to capture features of interest to our users, so I'd love to get you to add the feature of "scale disks independant of CPU and Memory" to our public feature request wall here : https://aura.feedback.neo4j.com/auradb

I'll follow up with you there.

John
