McAfee Total protection 6.0 indicate Neo4j Desktop.exe contains a virus [Neo4J 4.0] Suspect!1e5c971a6b4e

Dear all,

To prepare the Neo4J Digital Graph Tour I wanted to have again some Neo4J hands on.
I downloaded the last community version, installed it and my antivirus (McAfee Total Protection) indicates that file "Neo4j Desktop.exe" is contaminated:
Suspect!1e5c971a6b4e.

Since I am currently using my workstation for the office due to coronavirus crisis, I will not take any risk here and will not override McAfee.

However, I would be interested if someone on this forum also has this kind of issue.

Can you let us know which version of Neo4j Desktop you were attempting to use, and which version of Windows?

I am facing the same issue. My windows application log is as follows

Security Risk Found! WS.Reputation.1 in File: c:\Users\akagalka\downloads\neo4j desktop setup 1.4.2.exe by: Auto-Protect scan. Action: Quarantine failed : Leave Alone failed. Action Description: The file was deleted successfully.

How do I overcome this error and install neo4J
