Cannot get help using Neo4j Aura Chat Popup Window

Dear all,

I have a problem sending questions through chat on Neo4j Aura page. After filling in all the required information, I was informed that my request cannot be processed due to error.

However, it is not a one-time problem, it happens every single time when I tried to ask questions through the chat. Here is a screenshot where the error message occured.
