Hello Peter,
If you created a sandbox, you must have already been logged in to the sandbox site.
If you are referring to connecting to the database, either with Neo4j Browser or Bloom, you need to use the credentials provided to you by the sandbox. For the sandbox, there is a arrow (on the right) that you can expand to view details about the sandbox, including the password.
